Most items will arrive by UPS or Federal Express within 3-5 business days.
If your item requires freight delivery, ie; hospital beds and adjustable beds, lift chairs, larger power chairs, patient lifts, or any heavy-duty heavyweight bulk item, additional charges may be included and your product will arrive by freight in 5-7 business days from when they leave the manufacturer. You will be contacted by a freight representative to schedule the delivery for when’s best for you. Please note that freight shipments are delivered curbside usually by a single delivery driver. They will not traverse steps or elevators. If you have special needs concerning your delivery please be sure to call us. Freight delivery drivers will never enter your home and usually will not place items in your garage as that is considered a threshold delivery. In general, freight drivers will make their best attempt to get the item as close to your home as possible. If you would like to save time and money in receiving your item but have special circumstances such as apartments or other obstacles to delivery please plan to arrange for help or choose White Glove Premier In-Home Delivery and Setup, while this service is an additional cost and can add up to 10 days to the total delivery time of your order, it does save you the worry of how to get the item into your home.
